1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by LIDx Solutions GmbH via this website and its associated platforms, insofar as no deviating agreement has been made in individual cases.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of platforms and services on this website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract with the operator of the respective platform (e.g. ClusterBuy, Loadista, CareLab) is concluded exclusively via that platform's own terms and processes.

4. Services

LIDx Solutions GmbH develops and operates digital platforms in the fields of commerce, logistics, software and AI. The specific scope of services results from the respective platform's own description and terms of use.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Liability for damage to life, body or health remains unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written consent.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of LIDx Solutions GmbH.

8. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
